Dutch Rugby Union
The Dutch Rugby Union, or Rugby Nederland, is the governing body for rugby union in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1932 and joined World Rugby in 1988, with Rugby Europe affiliation starting in 1934. The president is Jan-Hein Pieterse. The men's national team coach is Zane Gardiner and the women's national team coach is Sylke Haverkorn. The federation’s website is www.rugby.nl. As of October 12, 2019, the Netherlands men's team was ranked 25th in the world by World Rugby.
