Jennifer Gross (born around 1976) is an American basketball coach who is the head women's basketball coach at UC Davis. She played for UC Davis from 1993 to 1997, setting school records for career assists, steals, and three-pointers made. After a brief overseas playing career in Denmark and Israel, she began coaching.

Her coaching path includes: assistant at University City High School in San Diego (1998–2000), head coach at University City High School (2000–2002), assistant at San Diego State (2002–2004), UC Davis assistant (2004–2008), and UC Davis associate head coach (2008–2011). In 2011 she was named UC Davis head coach, a position she still holds.

Overall, her teams have a 237–154 record (.606). They have appeared in the NCAA Tournament (0–2) and the WNIT (5–3). Gross has led UC Davis to five straight Big West regular-season titles (2017–2021) and two Big West tournament titles (2019, 2021). She has earned Big West Coach of the Year five times (2017–2021) and was a finalist for the 2018 Naismith College Coach of the Year.

In 2021 she signed a long-term contract extension with UC Davis—the longest head-coach extension in the school's athletics history.
