Jasper Independent School District (Jasper ISD) is a public school district in Jasper, Texas. It serves the city of Jasper and has four schools covering grades PK–12. In 1948, Jasper ISD absorbed an area from the Vernon County Line Common School District, which had only white students. In 2009, the Texas Education Agency rated Jasper ISD as "recognized." Starting in the 2022–2023 school year, the district moved to a four-day school week instead of five.
