Radim Nečas (born 12 January 1988) is a Czech footballer who plays as a forward for FK Pardubice, on loan from FK Dukla Prague. He has represented the Czech Republic at under-21 level.

Nečas began his career with Slavia Prague, making his Gambrinus liga debut as a substitute against Teplice in August 2006 and finishing with four league appearances for Slavia. In January 2007 he joined Mladá Boleslav on a four-year contract, but he struggled for playing time and was loaned to Dukla Prague in January 2008. He later had a loan spell at Slovácko in 2010.

In July 2010 he moved permanently to Dukla Prague. He scored his first goal for Dukla in April 2011 against Sparta Prague B, and helped Dukla win the Czech 2. Liga and gain promotion to the top flight. In the 2011–12 season his first-team opportunities were limited and he was loaned to Vlašim during the winter break. He is the son of former Czech international Radim Nečas.
