Jason Dietrich is an American baseball coach and former pitcher who is the head coach of the Cal State Fullerton Titans in the Big West Conference. He has a career head coaching record of 99–122 (.448) with an NCAA tournament record of 1–2.

Dietrich was born on November 15, 1972, in Stuttgart, West Germany, where his father served in the U.S. Army. He grew up in Garden Grove, California, and went to Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana. He played college baseball at Santa Ana College before transferring to Pepperdine University, where he played for coach Andy Lopez in 1994 and earned Honorable Mention All-West Coast Conference. He was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 23rd round of the 1993 MLB draft but did not sign. He was later drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 19th round in 1994 and spent several years in their organization, plus a season with the independent New Jersey Jackals in 1998.

Dietrich began coaching in 1999 as pitching coach at Arcadia High School. He then coached at Los Angeles City College (2002), Irvine Valley College (2003–2006), Cal State Los Angeles (2007), and UC Irvine (2008–2012). He joined Cal State Fullerton as pitching coach in 2013, later earning Collegiate Baseball Pitching Coach of the Year after the 2016 season. He coached at Oregon (2017–2019) and East Carolina (2020–2021) before returning to Cal State Fullerton as head coach in 2022.
