James Connor (born 5 May 1995) is an Australian diver from Clayton, Victoria. He dives for the Gannets Diving Club and competes in the 10-metre platform and the 3-metre springboard.

He started diving at age 8 at Ringwood Aquatic Centre. He competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics in the men's 10-metre platform and finished 20th in the preliminaries, so he did not reach the semi-finals.

His notable results include a gold medal in the 10-metre synchronized platform at the 2011 Australian Swimming Championships with Ethan Warren. He also earned medals at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the 1-metre springboard and the 3-metre springboard. Earlier in his career, he finished 9th in the 10-metre platform at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

In 2009, he won first place in the 10-metre platform and second in the 3-metre springboard at the British Elite Junior Championships.
