Jackie Pereira (Jacqueline Margaret Pereira) is a former Australian field hockey player and striker. She was born on 29 October 1964 in Perth, Western Australia. Pereira played for the Australian national team, the Hockeyroos, in three consecutive Summer Olympics starting in 1988 in Seoul. She helped the team win Olympic gold in 1988 and 1996. In 1998 she was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame. She also competed in major international tournaments, including the World Cup and the Champions Trophy, with Australia.
