The L.P. Jenne Block is a historic building in Derby Center, Derby, Vermont, at the corner of Main Street (Route 105) and West Street. Built around 1870 as a general store with living space above, it is a well-preserved example of a late-19th-century Vermont shop. The two-and-a-half-story wooden building has a gabled roof, clapboard siding, and a recessed two-story porch supported by square posts. The ground floor has two sections with three-part display windows and entrances; the left entrance is ornate with sidelights and decorative columns. The main block is extended by a two-story ell with broad dormers. The block was probably built by Parker and Robbins, but it is best known for Lucien P. Jenne, who ran the store on the ground floor from 1882 to 1913. It shows a vernacular Greek Revival style with a two-story porch. The building was converted entirely into apartments in 1945. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 3, 1998.
