Jablonec (Hungarian: Halmos) is a small village and municipality in western Slovakia. It is in the Pezinok District, Bratislava Region. The area covers 8.69 square kilometers and sits at about 159 meters above sea level. The village was first mentioned in 1342. As of 2024, about 1,042 people live there.

In 2021, most residents identified as Slovak, with small numbers from other nationalities. The main religion reported was Roman Catholic, though many people stated no religion or belonged to other churches as well.

Jablonec has its own local government and an official website at www.jablonec.sk. For genealogical research, records are kept at the State Archive in Bratislava.
