Gormflaith
Gormflaith is an Irish female name. It means "blue princess" or "illustrious princess." The name comes from gorm, meaning "blue," and flaith, meaning "sovereign." In Gaelic tradition, Gormflaith is also a mythological figure who personifies Ireland. In early Irish writings, it appears as the name of several queens who were connected to politics in 10th- and 11th-century Ireland. The name was very popular for Irish girls from the 8th to the 16th centuries.
