Júnior Brumado is the Brazilian footballer José Francisco dos Santos Júnior, born 15 May 1999 in Brumado, Bahia. He is a striker who plays for FC Midtjylland in Denmark and wears number 74. He came through Bahia’s academy and made his Série A debut on 17 July 2017 against Avaí. He scored his first league goal on 21 April 2018 versus Santos and played in the 2018 Copa Sudamericana, scoring against Blooming.

In January 2019, Brumado signed with Midtjylland for about 16 million Danish crowns, with Bahia receiving a 15% resale clause. He debuted for Midtjylland on 14 April 2019 against OB. He was loaned to Silkeborg on 31 January 2020 and scored his first Silkeborg goal on 9 March 2020 against AGF.

He returned to Midtjylland for the 2020–21 season and scored his first goal for the club on 26 August 2020 in a Champions League qualifier against Ludogorets Razgrad. He then netted his first competitive hat-trick on 3 October 2021 in a 4–0 win over AGF. He extended his contract with Midtjylland on 15 January 2022, keeping him at the club until December 2026.

In May 2024 reports said he was kicked off the team after criticising the coach, and Hansa chose not to exercise the purchase option, sending him back to Midtjylland. After his return, Brumado again criticised the coach over fitness and playing time. On 25 July 2024 he was loaned to Coritiba in Brazil for one season.
