Ishwar Chand Pandey (born 15 August 1989) is a former Indian cricketer from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. A right-arm medium-fast bowler who bats right-handed, he played mainly as a bowler. He represented Madhya Pradesh in domestic cricket from 2009/10 to 2021/22 and played in the Indian Premier League for Pune Warriors India (2013) and Chennai Super Kings (2014–2015), later featuring for Rising Pune Supergiants (2016–2017). On 12 September 2022, he announced his retirement from international and first-class cricket.

Pandey rose to prominence as the leading wicket-taker in the 2012–13 Ranji Trophy, which earned him selection for India A and a place in India’s Test and ODI squads for the New Zealand tour in 2014. In the IPL, he was part of Chennai Super Kings in 2014 after being bought for Rs 1.5 crore, and later played for Rising Pune Supergiants in 2016 and 2017.

Personal and training details: Pandey was born in Rewa; his father is a retired junior officer in the Indian Army. He received training at the MRF Pace Academy in Chennai. Notable moments in his career include a standout India A tour against South Africa A in 2013, and a hat-trick in the 2015–16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Madhya Pradesh against Andhra.
