Boone County High School is a public high school in Florence, Kentucky. It opened in 1954 after Burlington, Florence, New Haven, and Hebron High Schools merged, and it is part of Boone County Schools. The campus at 7056 Burlington Pike serves about 1,299 students with 89 full-time teachers (2023–24), for a student-to-teacher ratio of 14.6. The school colors are Navy Blue, Columbia Blue, and White, and the mascot is the Rebel.

The school is known for its athletics, especially basketball and baseball. Baseball won the 33rd district tournament and the 9th region tournament in 2010. The football team has a history of strong playoff runs, reaching the semifinals in 2008 and 2010, and the third round in 2009.

In 2024, the podcast Rebel Spirit with Akilah Hughes premiered its first episode, "A Homecoming," featuring Boone County High School and exploring the mascot issue with alumna Akilah Hughes returning to Florence.
