Injective (blockchain)
Injective (INJ) is a blockchain built for Web3 finance. It was founded by Eric Chen and Albert Chon of Injective Labs in 2018 through Binance Labs’ incubation program. In December, Injective launched a testnet for a DeFi trading platform on its layer. In April 2021, it raised $10 million in a funding round that included Mark Cuban. In July, Injective upgraded to the CosmWasm mainnet to enable scalable smart contracts. In January 2023, Injective launched a $150 million fund to boost interoperable infrastructure and DeFi adoption.
