The Cider Museum, or Museo de la Sidra, sits in Plaza del Príncipe de Asturias in Nava, Asturias, Spain. It opened in 1996 and was inaugurated by Prince Philip. The museum is a themed venue dedicated to Asturian cider, the region’s national drink, and it is part of the Ethnographic Museums Network of Asturias. Through interactive exhibits, visitors can explore every step of cider making—from growing apples and pressing them to fermenting, bottling, and enjoying the drink. There is also a section about sparkling cider. The exhibits cover apple tree pollination and development as well. Hours vary by season, so check the current times before visiting.
