I'm Not Over You is a song by American singer CeCe Peniston from her 1994 album Thought 'Ya Knew. The song was written by Steve "Silk" Hurley, Jamie Principle, and Marc Williams, and produced by Hurley. It was recorded in 1993 and released as a single in the United States on April 5, 1994; in Japan, it came out on June 1, 1994. In the UK, the track was released as the B-side to the "Hit by Love" single, with "Searchin'" as the B-side on that release, a track that had previously only been available as a promo.

The song was a club hit, reaching No. 2 on the US Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, No. 10 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, and No. 41 on the Billboard Hot 100. Steve Hurley earned the ASCAP 1997 Writer’s Award for writing "I’m Not Over You."

Critics praised the track. AllMusic called it a fun, jazzy, finger-snapping R&B tune. Billboard noted its funk/hip-hop vibe and CeCe Peniston’s mature vocal performance over the beat and pulsating synth. Cash Box described it as a strong follow-up with a groove likely to boost Peniston’s urban/R&B credentials. Gavin Report highlighted her mood-setting ability, calling the track hip-hop and jazz-flavored. Music Week RM Dance Update labeled it the standout cut on the album with infectious hooks, and The Washington Post said the song reveals her soulfulness.
