Iki-Burulsky District
Iki-Burulsky District is one of thirteen districts in the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia. Its administrative center is the rural settlement of Iki-Burul. The district sits in the southwest of Kalmykia, in the area of the Yergeni hills, and covers 6,363.32 square kilometers. It was established in 1965.
As of the 2010 Census, the district's population was 11,424, with Iki-Burul itself making up about 35.5% of that number. The entire population lives in rural areas; there are no urban settlements. The population density is about 1.8 people per square kilometer.
Administration and municipality: The district is divided into 13 rural administrations, which comprise 28 rural localities. It is also incorporated as Iki-Burulsky Municipal District, with 13 rural settlements and 0 urban settlements.
