Ihan is a small settlement in the Municipality of Domžale, in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. It is part of the Central Slovenia statistical region and sits about 287 meters above sea level. In 2020, Ihan had a population of 852.

The village has a long history and was once part of the Krumperk lordship. The name Ihan appears in records from as early as 1228 (written as Uichan) and later forms. The Slovene name comes from a Slavic personal name, not from the German name Johann; historically, the German form was Jauchen.

Ihan is known for its pig farm, which is the largest in Slovenia.

The parish church is in the northeast part of the village and is dedicated to Saint George. There is a cemetery next to the church.
