Igor Žuržinov (born 30 May 1981) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He was born in Pančevo and is 1.83 meters tall. He played for several clubs during his career: Dinamo Pančevo (2001–2003), Slavija Sarajevo (2004–2005) with 25 appearances and 1 goal, Zrinjski Mostar (2005–2010) with 111 appearances and 9 goals, Istra 1961 (2010–2011) with 20 appearances, Zrinjski Mostar again (2011–2013) with 35 appearances and 5 goals, and Borac Banja Luka (2013–2014) with 25 appearances.
