Idahome, Idaho
Idahome is an unincorporated community in Cassia County, Idaho, United States. It lies along Idaho State Highway 81, about 7.5 miles north-northwest of Malta. The name came from a railroad surveying party that found a bag labeled "Idahome Flour Co." at the site, and the railroad adopted that name for the stop. Idahome sits at an elevation of about 4,426 feet and uses area codes 208 and 986. The area observes Mountain Time (UTC-7, UTC-6 in daylight saving).
