Ian Armstrong Muller (born 23 July 1965) is a former Australian rules footballer who played in the Australian Football League (AFL) for Carlton and St Kilda. Born in South Africa, he came to Australia and began his football with Maffra and Scotch College. Muller stood 186 cm tall and weighed 81 kg.

He played 6 games for Carlton from 1984 to 1985, and 21 games for St Kilda from 1988 to 1991, for a total of 27 AFL games and 2 goals.

After his AFL career, Muller was part of Moyhu’s 2003 Ovens & King Football League premiership team and served as Moyhu’s non-playing coach from 2021 to 2022.
