IMPAR is a leading insurance company in Cape Verde. Its headquarters are in Praia, on Avenida Amílcar Cabral. The company runs 11 offices across the islands of Santiago, São Vicente, São Nicolau, Santo Antão, Sal, Boa Vista and Fogo. It was founded in January 1992 as the first private insurance company in Cape Verde. The IMPAR Group includes Seguradora IMPAR and Banco Caboverdiano de Negócios.
