Waymond Lane “Hut” Stricklin Jr. (born June 24, 1961) is a former American stock car racer from Calera, Alabama. He won the 1987 NASCAR Dash Series championship and was married to Pam Allison, daughter of NASCAR legend Donnie Allison. He was the last member of the Alabama Gang.

In NASCAR’s top level, Stricklin competed in 328 Cup races over 15 years. His best season finish was 16th in 1991, and his best single race result was a second-place at Michigan in 1991. He drove for several teams, including Rod Osterlund, Bobby Allison, Junie Donlavey, Junior Johnson, and Travis Carter, among others. He spent time with Stavola Brothers Racing in 1996 and finished his Cup career with Bill Davis Racing in 2002, after which he stepped away from racing.

Stricklin also raced in the NASCAR Busch Series (now Xfinity) with 54 starts over 12 years. He collected eight top-10 finishes, with his best points finish being 25th in 1992. His first Busch race was in 1985, and his last came in 2000.

Beyond driving, Stricklin worked as a crew chief for Triad Motorsports in 1999 and later returned to racing in various roles before retiring from competition.
