Hotat Bani Tamim
Hotat Bani Tamim (Arabic: حوطة بني تميم) is a town in Saudi Arabia, near Riyadh. It has about 40,000 residents, many of whom are no longer from the Tamimi tribe. The town sits about 135 km south of Riyadh’s southern ring road, and is just northeast of the Ibex Reserve Protected Area. A new highway connects Hotat Bani Tamim with Riyadh, bringing it to roughly 153 km by road from the capital. The government plans to build a domestic airport in Hotat Bani Tamim to serve southern Riyadh towns such as Al-Kharj and Hotat Bani Tamim. Coordinates: 23.4868°N, 46.8845°E.
