Hopelink is a nonprofit social-service organization based in Redmond, Washington, serving King County. It helps low-income residents with food banks, energy assistance, affordable housing, family development, transportation, and adult education. Meghan Altimore is the CEO. The nonprofit has about 275 employees and an annual budget around $96 million. In 2023, Hopelink served about 62,500 clients.

The agency began in April 1971 as the Northshore Job Referral Service, started by volunteers in Bothell to aid workers affected by Boeing layoffs. It soon became the Northshore Multi Service Center and expanded to help the elderly, disabled, and low-income residents. In the 1980s, several centers opened around Eastside King County, including homeless shelters and transitional housing. The organization was renamed Hopelink in 2000.

Hopelink runs dial-a-ride paratransit for King County Metro and operates Trailhead Direct, a seasonal shuttle to hiking areas. It also provides Medicaid transportation for eligible low-income clients.
