Hippeastrum canterai
Hippeastrum canterai is a flowering bulbous plant in the amaryllis family (Amaryllidaceae). It is native to Uruguay. The plant is a perennial that grows from a bulb and was first described by José Arechavaleta in 1899. Binomial name: Hippeastrum canterai Arechav. It has also been known as Amaryllis canterai (Arechav.) Traub & Uphof.
