Henry Emanuel Sugden (16 July 1859 – 4 September 1935) was an English cricketer who played briefly for Derbyshire in 1882. He was born in Southgate, Middlesex, and later moved to Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, where he worked as a brewer. He was a right-handed batsman.

Sugden appeared in two first-class matches for Derbyshire in June 1882. His debut was on 12 June 1882 against a touring Australian team that included several players who would go on to play Test cricket, such as Frederick Spofforth and Alec Bannerman. Australia won the match by an innings. Sugden opened the batting but was bowled in the first innings and then dismissed hit wicket in the second by Harry Boyle.

Two weeks later he played Lancashire, scoring a duck in the first innings and moving down the order in the second. In total, he scored 13 runs in four innings, with a top score of 9 and an average of 3.25.

Sugden died in Chilworth, Hampshire, at the age of 76.
