Henningsia is a genus of fungi in the Meripilaceae family, within the order Polyporales. It belongs to the Basidiomycota division of fungi. The genus was defined in 1895 by Alfred Möller, with Henningsia geminella as the type species, which is now known as Henningsia brasiliensis. The genus is named in honor of German mycologist Paul Christoph Hennings. Known species include H. ater, H. brasiliensis, H. caespitosa, H. galapagensis, and H. macrospora.
