Pennsylvania Route 481 (PA 481) is a 12.9-mile state highway in Washington County, Pennsylvania. It begins at U.S. Route 40 in Centerville and ends at PA 88/PA 136/PA 837 in Monongahela.

The route travels from Centerville northwest as Old National Pike, then north on Centerville Lane, through a mix of woods, fields, and homes. It becomes Scenic Drive in West Pike Run Township and passes through rural areas into Fallowfield Township, including a stretch near Lover, before meeting Interstate 70.

Beyond I-70, PA 481 runs through more residential areas and farmland, then into Carroll Township and past under the PA 43 toll freeway. It continues into Monongahela on Park Avenue, passes homes and businesses, and ends at its junction with PA 88/PA 136/PA 837.
