John Laidlaw (athlete)

John Pratt Laidlaw was a Scottish track and field athlete who specialized in long-distance running and cross country. He competed for Scotland at the 1934 British Empire Games in London, taking part in the 1 mile and 3 miles races. He was a member of the Edinburgh Northern Harriers club. In 1935, he won the Scottish three miles title.
