Hal Korovin
Hal Korovin (April 19, 1925 – June 5, 2021) was an American professional basketball player. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a 6'5" center who attended the City College of New York (CCNY) from 1943 to 1945.
In the 1947–48 season, he played in the National Basketball League for the Flint Dow A.C.'s, appearing in three games and averaging 3.7 points per game. He also played for many other teams in the early days of professional basketball. Korovin died in Boca Raton, Florida, at the age of 96.
