Teplinka is a small rural village (selo) in Alexeyevsky District, Belgorod Oblast, Russia. It has a population of 213 people (as of 2010) and about five streets. The village is located 18 kilometers south of the district’s administrative center, Alexeyevka, by road. The nearest rural locality is Shcherbakovo. Teplinka sits at about 50.483°N latitude and 38.633°E longitude, in the UTC+3 time zone. In Russian, the village is called Теплинка.
