Lee Jason Barron (born 15 May 1970) is a British Labour politician and trade unionist who has been the Member of Parliament for Corby and East Northamptonshire since July 2024.

Barron grew up in a working‑class family in Far Cotton, Northampton. He left school at 16 to work for Royal Mail as a postal worker. He rose through the unions, serving as Midlands Regional Secretary for the Communication Workers Union and later as Midlands Regional Secretary for the Trade Union Congress, representing more than a million workers. He has also been a Northampton magistrate for over 20 years and was a Northampton borough councillor, where he led the local Labour group.

In 2012 he was selected as Labour’s candidate for the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner election but stood down after a rule change made him ineligible.

Barron won the 4 July 2024 by defeating the Conservative incumbent Tom Pursglove, with a majority of 6,331 votes (12.8%). On 11 September 2024, he was elected Chair of the All‑Party Parliamentary Group on Modernising Employment. In November 2024, he voted in support of the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill.
