Hässleholms IF, or Hässleholms Idrottsförening (HIFF), is a Swedish football club from Hässleholm in Skåne County. It was founded on 1 May 1922. The team plays its home games at Österås IP in Hässleholm, which has a capacity of about 5,500. The club is chaired by Conny Bengtsson and coached by Dan Olofsson.

Besides football, Hässleholms IF has historically run sections for wrestling, table tennis, handball, bandy and ice hockey, and it now includes basketball for youth and a section for players with disabilities. The club is known for a strong youth program.

In football, Hässleholms IF has mostly competed in the middle and lower divisions of the Swedish league system. They currently play in Division 2 Södra Götaland, the fourth tier. Their local rivals are IFK Hässleholm, who also play in the same division. Hässleholms IF is affiliated to Skånes Fotbollförbund.
