Gwladys Perrie Williams (Lady Hopkin Morris) (1889–1958) was a Welsh educator and writer. She served on the committee that produced the 1921 Newbolt Report on teaching English. She supported her husband, Rhys Hopkin Morris, a Welsh Liberal MP, while he studied to become a barrister at King's College London.
