Guhanathan Narendar (born January 10, 1964) is a retired Indian judge who served as Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court from December 26, 2024, to January 9, 2026. He previously served as a judge at the Karnataka High Court (January 2, 2015 – October 29, 2023) and at the Andhra Pradesh High Court (October 30, 2023 – December 25, 2024). He was nominated by Chief Justice Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud and appointed by President Droupadi Murmu. In Uttarakhand, he took over from Acting Chief Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari and former Chief Justice Ritu Bahri, and was succeeded by Manoj Kumar Gupta.
