Gros Cap 49
Gros Cap 49, officially Gros Cap Indian Reserve No. 49, is a First Nations reserve in Ontario, Canada. It is located near Wawa in the Algoma District and is one of four reserves belonging to the Michipicoten First Nation (Ojibwe). The reserve covers about 34.6 square kilometers. In 2011, around 68 people lived there, giving a population density of about 2 people per square kilometer. The coordinates are roughly 48°00′N, 84°54′W. The Michipicoten First Nation operates a community at this reserve, and its website is www.michipicoten.com.
