Cycling at the 2018 Commonwealth Games took place on the Gold Coast in Australia. The events were held at three venues: Currumbin Beachfront for road cycling, Nerang National Park for mountain biking, and the Anna Meares Velodrome in Brisbane for track cycling. The cycling program ran from 5 to 14 April 2018. Road races were on 10 and 14 April, mountain biking on 12 April, and track cycling from 5 to 8 April.

There were 26 events in total: 4 road, 2 mountain biking, and 20 track events (including four para-track events). Men and women each had an equal share of the medal events, making the games gender-equal in terms of total cycling medals after the federation added more women’s events in 2016.

Australia was the host nation. Some athletes competed in more than one discipline; for example, several Canadian road cyclists also took part in track events.

Participation varied by discipline: road cycling had 34 nations with 167 athletes, mountain biking had 15 nations with 34 athletes, track cycling had 18 nations with 146 athletes, and para-track had 6 nations with 8 athletes.
