Greatest Hits is a 1998 compilation album by Heart. It collects the band's hits from 1975 to 1983 and adds one new track, Strong, Strong Wind, written by Diane Warren (also recorded by Air Supply in 1997). Released August 25, 1998 by Epic/Legacy, the album runs 76 minutes and 25 seconds and features hard rock, power pop, and folk rock. It was issued only in the United States and Japan and serves as the first volume of a two-part set, followed by Greatest Hits: 1985–1995 (2000). In some regions, Capitol released These Dreams: Greatest Hits (1997) instead, a collection spanning 1976–1995.
