Gradec is a village in Berat County, Albania. It is in the Skrapar area and is now part of the Skrapar municipality (it used to belong to the Qendër Skrapar municipality before 2015). The village lies at about 40.5298°N, 20.2678°E. Time zone: CET (UTC+1) and CEST (UTC+2) in summer. Administrative unit: Qendër Skrapar.
