Jens Robben
Jens Robben (born 27 April 1983) is a German former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born in Haselünne, West Germany, and is 1.81 m tall.
Robben started his football career with SV Erika Altenberge as a youth player, then spent his early senior years with SV Meppen (1996–2004). He went on to play for Eintracht Trier (2004–2005), Rot-Weiß Oberhausen (2006–2009), and had a short spell back at SV Meppen in 2009. In 2010 he played for Berliner FC Dynamo but did not appear in league matches, before returning to SV Meppen and playing there from 2010 to 2018.
He made his professional 2. Bundesliga debut for Eintracht Trier 05 on 8 August 2004, coming on as a substitute in the 73rd minute against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen. Robben retired from playing in May 2018 and later became a scout and video analyst for SV Meppen.
