Bouca is a town in the Central African Republic, in the Ouham-Fafa prefecture. It lies near the Fafa River, a short distance east of Bossangoa. The coordinates are 6.5°N, 18.283°E. About 12,280 people lived there in 2003. The climate is tropical wet and dry (Aw). The sub-prefect is Achille Paulin Kouzouhoro.

In recent years, Bouca was captured by Séléka rebels on 21 March 2013. On 9 September 2013, Anti-balaka fighters attacked the town, killing at least three people. Government forces recaptured Bouca on 4 March 2021.
