Goodenia quadrilocularis is a flowering plant in the Goodeniaceae family that is found only in the south-west of Western Australia, mainly near Cape Le Grand. It is an upright, woody perennial herb up to about 50 cm tall with leaves that mostly grow at the base. The leaves are egg-shaped to lance-shaped, 30–50 mm long and 10–17 mm wide, with toothed edges.

The plant has long racemes of yellow flowers up to 300 mm long. Each flower has a yellow corolla about 20 mm long, with lower lobes about 7 mm long and wings 2–2.5 mm wide. It flowers from September to December. The fruit is a cylindrical capsule about 15 mm long.

Goodenia quadrilocularis was first described by Robert Brown in 1810. The name refers to the four locules (compartments) in the fruit. It grows on sand dunes and granite outcrops near Cape Le Grand.

Its conservation status is Priority Two (Poorly Known Taxa) in Western Australia, meaning it is poorly known and known from only a few locations.
