Gmina Pruszcz is an urban-rural administrative district in Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Pruszcz, located about 19 km southwest of Świecie and 28 km northeast of Bydgoszcz. The gmina covers an area of 141.96 square kilometers, and in 2006 its population was 9,232. It includes the town of Pruszcz and villages such as Bagniewko, Bagniewo, Brzeźno, Cieleszyn, Gołuszyce, Grabówko, Grabowo, Konstantowo, Łaszewo, Łowin, Łowinek, Luszkówko, Luszkowo, Małociechowo, Mirowice, Nieciszewo, Niewieścin, Parlin, Rudki, Serock, Topolno, Trępel, Wałdowo, Zawada and Zbrachlin. It borders the gminas of Bukowiec, Chełmno, Dobrcz, Koronowo, Świecie, Świekatowo and Unisław.
