Glenn Jones (guitarist)
Glenn Jones (born October 1, 1953) is an American guitarist known for his work with the experimental rock band Cul de Sac. He started playing acoustic guitar at age 14 after hearing Axis: Bold as Love. In the early 1970s he was inspired by American primitive guitarists Robbie Basho and John Fahey. He switched to electric guitar after being invited to join the band Shut-Up. In 1989, he co-founded Cul de Sac with Robin Amos in Boston, Massachusetts. Jones also plays banjo.
