Gino Caviezel
Gino Caviezel (born 23 June 1992) is a Swiss alpine skier from Tomils in Graubünden. He specializes in giant slalom and also competes in super-G and combined. He made his World Cup debut on 18 December 2011 at age 19 and has competed in 12 World Cup seasons. Caviezel has represented Switzerland in three Winter Olympics (2014, 2018, 2022) and in six World Championships (2013–2023), but has not won an Olympic or World Championship medal. He has three World Cup podiums (two in giant slalom and one in super-G). His best overall World Cup ranking was 13th in 2022, and his best giant slalom season ranking was 8th in 2023. He is the younger brother of Mauro Caviezel. He is 1.73 m tall, skis for the Beverin club, and also competed in the 2013 Junior World Championships in Quebec in the Combined event.
