Katie Blackburn is the executive vice president of the Cincinnati Bengals. Born on September 25, 1965, she has worked with the Bengals since 2001. She played women’s ice hockey at Dartmouth College and earned a law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, later working at a Cincinnati law firm. She is married to Troy Blackburn, the Bengals’ vice president, and they have two daughters. She is the daughter of Bengals owner Mike Brown and the granddaughter of Paul Brown, the team’s co-founder.
