Gerry O'Flaherty (Gerard Joseph O'Flaherty), born August 31, 1950 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a Canadian-American former professional ice hockey left winger. He was 5'10" tall, weighed 182 pounds, and shot left.

His NHL career lasted from 1971 to 1979. He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, and Atlanta Flames, and also spent time with the Tulsa Oilers in the minor leagues. Internationally, he represented the United States at the first Canada Cup in 1976, recording one assist in four games.

O'Flaherty was drafted 36th overall in 1970 by the Maple Leafs. After one season in Toronto, he was claimed by the Canucks in the 1972 NHL Intra-League Draft. With Vancouver he posted three consecutive 20-goal seasons and played 438 regular-season games in his NHL career.

In 1974-75, he scored 25 goals, the most by an American-born player that season, breaking the previous 23-goal mark set by Tom Williams. That record stood until it was surpassed in 1978-79 by Tom Rowe of the Washington Capitals.

O'Flaherty was born in Pittsburgh, where his father, John "Peanuts" O'Flaherty, played for the Pittsburgh Hornets. He grew up in Toronto, playing junior hockey with the North York Rangers. He retired from professional hockey after the 1979 season.
