George Wilder (9 June 1876 – 10 June 1948) was an English first-class cricketer. Born at Stansted Park on the Sussex–Hampshire border, he was educated at Eton College and St John’s College, Oxford. He joined the Sussex County Cricket Club committee in 1901 and played first-class cricket for Sussex from 1905 to 1906, appearing eight times, scoring 203 runs with a top score of 43, and taking four wickets with best figures of 3/14. He made a single appearance for Hampshire in 1909, but did not qualify to continue playing for them. Wilder also appeared for an England XI against Hambledon in 1908.

He inherited Stansted Park after his father’s death in 1896; the house burned down in 1900 and was rebuilt in 1903. Wilder sold the estate in 1913 and remained active in civic life in nearby Emsworth, laying a commemorative stone for the Post Office in 1906. His wife, actress Una Evelyn Mazie Wilder, left for the United States in 1911, and their divorce proceedings followed after threats were made in 1912. George Wilder died in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1948, aged 72.
