George Eche
George Eche is a Nigerian accountant and politician from Imo State. He earned an MBA in Banking and Finance from Imo State University and a PhD in Accountancy from the University of Jos. He has held several high-level roles in the Imo State government, including Accountant General and Secretary to the State Government. He also served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Finance, Works, and Transport, where he worked on budgeting and auditing. In politics, he contested in the 2019 APC gubernatorial primary in Imo State and continues to work on improving financial systems.
